The Project Signing Ceremony of WSIE 2025 is organized by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology. As a high-end platform that leads the development trend of the smart industry, WSIE 2025 builds a bridge between Chinese and international capital and smart projects, and has become a flagship event for attracting investment to Chongqing. 

This Project Signing Ceremony aims to build the “3+3+6+18” System of Modern Manufacturing Clusters, highlighting key sectors such as intelligent connected new energy vehicles, next-generation electronic information manufacturing, advanced materials, smart equipment and smart manufacturing, as well as food and agricultural product processing. It also emphasizes the digital economy, covering areas such as big data, cloud computing, AI, and information infrastructure. In addition, it targets the modern services sector, underscoring key areas of productive services, including technology innovation, emerging finance, modern logistics, and industrial design.
