In order to solve the problems of poor matching of operation mode and lack of operation control and data monitoring of traditional agitation reactor, a set of fluid time-varying signal acquisition and analysis terminal for rigid-flexible agitation reactor is developed by using industrial Internet of Things technology, which integrates online data acquisition, automatic analysis and calculation, remote monitoring and regulation. The intelligent chemical agitation reactor is applied to the chemical fields such as manganese, vanadium, titanium, phosphorus, etc., and through the chaotic mixing strengthening mechanism, the product quality is improved, and the comprehensive utilization rate of resources is improved. The intelligent terminal of electrochemical equipment is applied to the pollution treatment of electrolytic manganese, coal slime and phosphogypsum, saving production energy consumption, reducing pollutant emission and realizing waste resource utilization.

Relying on the Photonic Technology and System Research Office under the Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Technology and Systems of the Ministry of Education, the project carries out basic and applied research on laser linewidth depth compression mechanism, functional device preparation technology and laser measuring instruments, etc. The whole chain research system from laser system to measuring instrument has developed a high-performance narrow linewidth laser with completely independent intellectual property rights.

The life of multi-round accelerated fatigue test of prototype and positive sample products on gear is more than 30 years. The gear transmission has the adaptability to errors such as center distance change, azimuth and pitch angle change, thermal deformation, etc. The ultra-low sliding rate ensures the transmission performance and service life. The reliability of the gear transmission is guaranteed in the whole life cycle through the control of a complete set of technologies such as design theory, manufacture, detection and test.
