Large generator intelligent diagnosis and excitation component follow-up control system: Large generators and exciter motors have the advantages of high power, precise control and high reliability. However, the vulnerability of providing excitation current through slip rings and carbon brushes has been a long-standing problem with such equipment. The team has developed a large generator intelligent diagnosis and excitation component follow-up control system using original passive wireless technology, achieving high-precision and hazard-free fault diagnosis of carbon brush contact temperature, current and wear, and achieving current balance between carbon brush sets and slip rings by using micro follow-up technology, and ensuring that carbon brushes and slip rings are not damaged in strong vibration environments. This technology is the first of its kind in China and has been applied in dozens of large generator units, gaining recognition from authoritative manufacturers in the industry and gradually becoming an essential functional component of large equipment such as generators. The entire layout of this series of products has been completed in terms of patents, demonstrating originality and leadership in this field.

High-precision millimeter wave micro-deformation detection system: The millimeter-wave micro-deformation detection system is a system composed of precision motion guides, millimeter-wave radar and signal analysis devices. It can continuously monitor the large-area deformation of structures such as tunnels, bridges and slopes in different directions as needed. It uses millimeter-wave probes to scan and collect structural data, which is then wirelessly transmitted to the back-end system for signal processing and comparison with reference positions. It can detect sub-millimeter-level target micro-deformations and is widely used in early warning of geological disaster (slopes, deep excavations), building monitoring (roads, bridges, high-rise buildings, reservoir dams), tank monitoring (gas tanks, oil tanks) and other fields. The millimeter-wave radar can accurately monitor the deformation of the above-mentioned objects, providing accurate and effective warning information to management personnel. The millimeter-wave micro-deformation detection system developed by our team solves the problem of low reliability of traditional deformation monitoring technology, which requires the deployment and maintenance of a large number of strain resistance sensors. Based on the integration of medium-range radar hardware and its coherent algorithms and precision motion control technology, we achieve deformation and vibration monitoring of targets up to 1mm from several hundred meters away. The current research and development products have a detection range of less than 300 meters, which can meet the requirements of most domestic application scenarios.

High-precision anti-interference intelligent liquid level monitoring system: High-precision liquid level meters are essential core equipment in the industrial production field. However, existing liquid level meter products on the market face challenges in accurate measurement under complex conditions such as foam, dust and agitation. There is an urgent need for related technologies and equipment to address this issue in the industrial field. Our team has designed and developed a high-precision anti-interference intelligent liquid level monitoring system based on a new type of millimeter-wave digital radar. Through advanced digital processing technology and the high precision and strong anti-interference characteristics of millimeter-wave digital radar, the system uses a distance-amplitude-angle-matrix fusion processing system to analyze millimeter-wave radar echo signals and obtain effective target matrix information from complex clutter interference signals. It eliminates the antenna beamwidth limitation of traditional millimeter-wave radar liquid level meters and the impact of industrial electromagnetic interference environments on the measurement results from the perspective of advanced signal processing. This innovative theory and advanced technology solve the problems of measurement accuracy and stability in industrial radar measurements.

Water drop generator and self-powered sensing system The generator can collect energy from water drops in the environment and convert it into electricity. It features direct current, high voltage and a power management free circuit. The energy from a single raindrop can illuminate hundreds of LED lights. The self-powered lighting system based on this water drop generator can be used for emergency lighting in fields such as the wilderness and mountain roads or as emergency traffic indicators during heavy rainfall. The water drop generator can also serve as a self-powered sensor, capable of real-time monitoring of rainfall and ecological indicators of water bodies, such as pH value, TDS, sediment content and more. This technology solves the power supply problem for real-time sensing networks in fields such as heavy rain warning, precipitation distribution, water quality safety and aquatic ecosystem protection. The generator can also be used for other sensor applications by collecting water energy from the environment to power a wider range of sensors, such as vibration sensors, photoelectric detectors, temperature and humidity sensors and more. It is cost-effective, easy to maintain and suitable for mass production, making it highly applicable in scenarios requiring emergency lighting and self-powered sensing.

Smart compound band seeder for soybean and corn To ensure national food security and support rural revitalization, as well as fill the gap in the band seeder for soybeans and corn in hilly and mountainous areas, Southwest University has designed an electronically controlled precise and intelligent compound band seeder for soybean and corn that integrates trenching, fertilization, seeding and covering in hilly and mountainous areas. The machine is equipped with a self-developed chain-spoon type seed sowing device and proposes the precise seeding concept of "movement-based planting". The machine is also equipped with a self-developed centimeter-level Beidou navigation system for high-precision positioning. Tests have shown that the machine can achieve a working speed of 2.34 km/h, equivalent to the work of ten manual laborers. It offers stable performance and precise seeding. This product was showcased at the 2023 China (Chongqing) Hilly and Mountainous Agricultural Machinery Exhibition and received media coverage from Chongqing Broadcasting, Chongqing News Broadcast and other outlets.
