Water Pollution Early Warning and Traceability Supervision System Platform and Mobile App
Based on the modern environmental safety concept, the water pollution early warning and traceability supervision system platform utilizes advanced computing technologies such as big data, IoT, cloud computing, and cloud databases to manage and display a large amount of monitoring data generated by long-term operation of water pollution early warning and traceability equipment. Water pollution early warning and traceability mobile APP is the mobile end of the platform, convenient for users to remotely monitor the dynamic changes of water quality. Main features: (1) Remote supervision: remotely grasp the water quality situation, greatly improving supervision efficiency; (2) Intelligent early warning and traceability: automatic alarm through water quality fingerprint comparison and fusion of conventional parameter built-in algorithm, and automatic identification of pollution emission sources; (3) Visual display: present real-time data and statistical analysis results, and comprehensively display the patterns of pollution source emissions and water quality changes.
Water Quality Fingerprint Database
The basic support of water quality fingerprint pollution early warning and traceability technology and the key to accurate traceability. According to the detected water quality fingerprint data of each pollution source, a water quality fingerprint database of the pollution source is established through the processes of cleaning, analyzing, comparing, inputting and storing. Generally, the water quality fingerprint database is customized according to the list of key water-related industries/enterprises under different application scenarios.
Desktop water pollution early warning and traceability instrument
Scope of application: mainly used for pollution traceability of water samples submitted for testing in laboratories Main features: (1) Easy use and maintenance; (2) Fast detection speed, able to trace pollution within 15 minutes; (3) Stable instrument performance and high sensitivity, with small sampling volume and no secondary pollution.
Mobile water pollution early warning and traceability instrument
Scope of application: mainly used for daily voyage traceability inspection and emergency mobile traceability investigation of sudden water pollution incidents in rivers and lakes, pipe networks, sewage treatment plants, watersheds/regions. Main features: (1) Identifying pollution migration pathways and locking pollution sources; (2) Rapid response to emergency traceability and troubleshooting of water pollution incidents.
Online water pollution early warning and traceability instrument
Scope of application: mainly used for online early warning and traceability monitoring of rivers, lakes, oceans and other water bodies, industrial parks, municipal pipe networks, rainwater and sewage outlets, sewage treatment plants, watersheds/regions and other scenarios. Main features: (1) Online pollution early warning, automatic traceability, and highly sensitive response to water quality changes; (2) Fast and accurate traceability, with a single traceability completed in as fast as 21 minutes; (3) Automatically save water quality fingerprints as evidence for tracing; (4) Analyze pollution emission patterns through online traceability results to support environmental supervision.

Application scenario: water quality assurance of drinking water sources

Project Description: The water pollution early warning and traceability system has been in stable operation for 13 years. It continuously monitors the water quality of Taihu Lake, a super-large water source, and detects water quality anomalies many times earlier than conventional water quality monitoring instruments and conducts early warning and traceability to help supervision departments find hidden dangers. The development trend can be controlled in the bud of pollution events, effectively ensuring the water quality safety of Taihu Lake water source.


Application unit: Ecological Environment Bureau of Xiong'an New Area

Application scenario: safety and security of transboundary water bodies and determination of liability for transboundary water body pollution

Time of operation: 2020

Project Description: An automatic water pollution early warning and traceability station will be built at an important section of the rivers entering the lake in Xiong'an New Area for online early warning and traceability to ensure the water environment quality of Baiyang Lake. When the water quality of a river entering the lake was abnormal in 2020, the pollution source outside the jurisdiction of Xiong'an New Area was captured in an efficient manner through the comparison of traceability through the industry pollution source database and the manual auxiliary investigation through the water quality fingerprint pollution path method, which lasted 8 hours. The project is an important part of the "Smart Monitoring System for Ecological Environment in Xiong'an New Area", and was selected as the Outstanding Application Case Award of the Digital Ecology Sub-Forum of the 3rd Digital China Construction Summit.

Application scenario: accurate pollution discharge supervision and efficient law enforcement linkage of industrial park enterprises

Project Description: In view of the situation that enterprises in Ningyang Chemical Industrial Park have not been effectively supervised for a long time by secretly discharging wastewater through rainwater ditches, resulting in serious pollution of the nearby Haizi River, a water pollution early warning and traceability system has been introduced to carry out online supervision of pollution source. After being put into operation, it has repeatedly identified the behavior of enterprises to discharge sewage and wastewater, helping environmental supervision departments to accurately enforce law and ensure the environmental quality of nearby Haizi River water.
