In April this year, the research team of Tsinghua PBCSF published a field survey report, showing through the experimental control data that the monthly consumption amount of users opening "Bill Assistant" of Ant Credit Pay will be reduced by 19.6% and the overdue rate will be reduced by 3.7% year-on-year.

In May 2023, under the guidance of Nan' an District People's Government of Chongqing City, Chongqing Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau and Chongqing Consumer Protection Committee, Ant Consumer Finance cooperated with banks and insurance institutions of the whole city to jointly build a public welfare platform for mobile financial knowledge popularization - Financial Popularization Car.
