At the same time, in order to meet the large-scale consumption demand of renewable energy, set up a special R&D team, set up an R&D platform, and carry out research on green hydrogen production technology, the MW-class PEM hydrogen production by water electrolysis system has been completed, and a 50Nm³/h PEM hydrogen production by water electrolysis test system coupled with photovoltaic power generation has been built, which is accelerating the development and production of 500Nm³/h domestic PEM electrolyzers and systems.

It has the design and manufacturing capacity of fixed chlorine storage tanks with pressure rating of 50M MPa to 98M MPa, water volume of 2 cubic meters to 10 cubic meters, and vertical and horizontal installation. The first batch of hydrogen storage tanks with design pressure of 45MPa and water volume of 5m have been put into operation in Xichang Yuecheng Hydrogenation Station, the first plateau hydrogenation station in western China, and Panzhihua Vanadium Park Hydrogenation Station, the first main-auxiliary pipeline hydrogen transmission station in China, with leading technical indicators in China.

The power density of the membrane electrode for vehicles reaches 1.6 watts per square centimeter, the platinum interception is 0.35 milligrams per square centimeter, and the service life is 15,000 hours; the service life of the membrane electrode for power generation can reach 30,000 hours.
