Point cloud surveying and mapping robot is a millimeter-level quality surveying and mapping robot independently researched and developed by China Construction Science & Technology Group, which consists of eight parts: point cloud scanner, laser radar navigation module, high-performance processor, lifting and leveling module, binocular vision navigation module, all-terrain tracked chassis, mobile APP and cloud platform. It has the characteristics of automatic measurement, fast reading modeling, quality inspection, automatic patrol inspection, hard-soft interaction, etc. Point cloud surveying and mapping robot is aimed at construction enterprise customers, providing robot equipment products or rental services, and improving on-site surveying and mapping level through intelligent new technology.
China Building Intelligent Construction Platform
China Building Intelligent Construction Platform includes five functional modules, "digital design, cloud building online shopping, intelligent factory, smart construction site, and happy space", which respectively correspond to the design, calculation and pricing, procurement, production, construction, and operation and maintenance segments in the whole process management of REMPC. The business data generated by each functional module is collected and displayed in the data analysis section, and fed back to each business section. Precast prestressed quick assembly concrete frame system
Precast prestressed rapid assembly concrete frame system (China Construction PPEFF system) is an international leading dry assembly frame system with independent intellectual property rights. The system has excellent seismic performance and progressive collapse resistance, can realize efficient construction of two floors in five days, can be widely applied to buildings with regular column grids and uniform rigidity, such as office buildings, commercial buildings, health care buildings, schools, hotels, apartments and the like, and has wide industrial application prospects. Under the support of the "13th Five-Year Plan" - national key R&D program "Research and Demonstration of Key Technologies for Efficient Construction of Prefabricated Concrete Industrial Buildings", systematic theoretical research and sufficient experimental verification have been carried out. The five-story full-scale progressive collapse test scale is the largest in the world at present, which verifies the excellent progressive collapse resistance of the system. The system has been applied in Wuhan Tongxin Huayuan Kindergarten Project, Xuzhou Office Building Project, Huzhou Industrial Park Supporting House and other projects, with an application area of more than 100,000 m2.
Case presentation


The plant project of A129 #plot is located in Airport Park, Yubei District, Chongqing, covering an area of 11306 m2. It is planned to build a 10-storey factory building and environmental greening slope fort. Under the condition of plot ratio of about 2.0, the building area is about 28363.84 m2, and about 250 parking spaces are planned to be built. Its structure type is fabricated integral frame & cast-in-place shear wall structure, which adopts standardized prefabricated components such as beams, columns, slabs, walls, ladders, etc., with an assembly rate of 76.8%, reaching the national AA grade rating standard for fabricated buildings. It is another demonstration benchmark project of assembled standardized factory series products of China Construction Science & Technology Group in the western region.

Based on the original "REMPC" general contracting mode of China Construction Science & Technology Group, the project implements the technology of "fabricated + intelligent construction + green low carbon + new urban construction", and strives to build a national AA-level fabricated project, Chongqing building demonstration project, Chongqing two-star smart construction site and Intelligent Construction Demonstration Project of China Construction Science & Technology Group.

The project closely focuses on the key elements of the construction site such as labor, machines, materials, methods, environment, quality, safety, schedule and cost, focuses on the actual needs of intelligent and refined management of engineering construction management, systematically integrates BIM, GIS, Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and other technologies, combines the application of "all-staff, all-process and all-professional" BIM to form digital design results, and carries out cloud-based data extraction and data processing through lightweight engine to support design, procurement, production, construction, Cloud applications in all aspects of operation and maintenance, thus realizing the whole process of online data synchronization and offline processes and interactive applications. The project construction growth data was continuously recorded to form digital twin data assets.



Beijing Public Service Rental Supporting Housing Emergency Project (hereinafter referred to as "N20 Project") is located at the northeast side of the intersection of Ruihe East 2nd Road and Rongxing Street, Lunan District, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 33,500 m2, with a plot ratio of 2.7, a height limit of 60m and a total construction scale of 120,000 m2. The project adopts the construction method of "building modularization". It consists of 1500 module boxes, each of which is 10.4 meters long, 3.6 meters wide and 3.4 meters high. A single box has a building area of 36 square meters and a net weight of 14 tons, with slings of 2 tons. All boxes are completed in the factory structure frame processing, ground engineering, wall engineering, ceiling engineering, mechanical and electrical installation engineering, curtain wall engineering. The single-unit assembly rate is 91.5%, reaching the national AAA standard.

Based on the implementation of the smart construction platform of China Construction Science & Technology Group, the N20 project uses intelligent construction technologies and equipment such as Internet of Things, big data, cloud storage and cloud computing to realize automatic data collection, intelligent analysis and intelligent early warning during the whole construction process, improve the quality and safety management level of the project, promote the efficient performance of the project, and create a key observation project of intelligent construction in Beijing. Based on the overall implementation plan of the Company, the N20 project has carried out the benchmarking construction of the intelligent construction platform, assisted the project in the award of excellence, and established the benchmarking image of the project in Beijing.


The project Sichuan International Studies University Chongqing Science City Middle School is located in Baishiyi Town, High-tech Zone, with a total land area of 62,700 m2, a total building area of 109,600 m2, an above-ground building area of 68,800 m2 and a basement building area of 40,700 m2. The project includes Building 1 (Library Sic-tech Building), Building 2-1 (Teaching Building 1), Building 2-2 (Teaching Building 2), Building 3 (Laboratory), Building 4 (Sports and Art Building), Building 5 (Administrative Office Building), Building 6 (Student's Dormitory), Building 7 (Canteen), Building 8 (Teacher's Dormitory), Building 9 (Gate), Sports Ground; 1 floor under ground, and 3, 5, 6 and 8 floors above ground, respectively.

Through the application of various digital and intelligent technology products and the application of the smart construction platform of China Construction Science & Technology Group, the project realizes the digital simulation, recording and coordination of the whole process of engineering construction, which can improve the construction quality, shorten the construction period, save resources and control the cost. Meanwhile, the project is in accordance with the requirements of Chongqing City Smart Site Construction and Evaluation Standard (DBJ50/T-356) and the Implementation Management Measures for Smart Construction Platform of China Construction Technology Group. It effectively connects the smart site management platform of the competent department of Chongqing High-tech Zone with the China Building Intelligent Construction Platform. The goal is to build an intelligent construction demonstration project and a science and technology demonstration project of China Construction Science & Technology Group and Chongqing three-star smart construction site, and reach the domestic leading level (industry expert review) through expert appraisal.
