In the Tuanjiehu Convention Center Project, the whole process parametric design and intelligent construction display shall include: from the early stage site analysis of the scheme to the generation of volume concept, and from the building shape design logic to the overall optimization and detailed deepening of the curtain wall; optimization of single hyperbolic planarization for the roof and facade curtain wall, curtain wall inclination angle control, panel modular classification to reduce component types and costs, automation in generating various curtain wall panel numbers, spatial coordinate positioning points and warping information for blanking and real-time detection query information, automatic generation of curtain wall keel; early-stage intervention in the optimization of structural cantilever control and generation of roof structure model, direct connection to the BIM information model in the data form for the doors and windows, shutters, structural systems and indoor walls by combining the construction drawings data; the whole process is coordinated in the form of parameterization and digitalization, which will achieve the whole process construction monitoring and tracking by combining the later-stage hardware; we have realized the whole process top down design from scheme to implementation with parameterization and intelligentization as the core.
Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center is located in Chongqing Hewlett-Packard Industrial Park, Xiyong Microelectronics Industrial Park, High-tech Zone, Chongqing. The total site area of the project (including Phase I, II and III) is about 90,000 square meters, and the total construction area is about 144,000 square meters. The amongst new construction area of the current phase is about 3,868 square meters, including the construction of data center, auxiliary rooms, switchyard and other ancillary facilities. The construction scheme will adopt the 3-in-1 compound construction method of "modular prefabrication machine room + steel structure + civil engineering", which constructs the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center into a green digital park with high intelligence and low consumption, thus promoting the healthy development of the digital economy in Chongqing districts. The main body of the building is constructed by adopting the prefabricated modular machine room, with all modules being prefabricated in the factory and jointly commissioned as a whole, so as to realize parallel implementation with civil construction. We adopt on-site LEGO-style assembly for rapid construction, with the overall construction period being shortened by more than 50% compared with the traditional civil engineering scheme, and with the recyclable building, the construction process does not produce the three wastes, so as to meet the requirements of green and low-carbon construction. At the same time, we also adopt in the project advanced energy-saving products / technologies such as integration of high efficient integrated power module and intelligent lithium battery, realize engineering productization, product modularization and module intelligentization through whole-process digitization, support the building + expansion of mechatronics, and meet the operation management requirements of centralized intelligent operation and data center full life cycle management.
Science Center Phase I project. As the first assembly building project in Chongqing that utilizes concrete prefabricated hollow columns and large-span prestressed hollow slabs for large-scale use, MCC CISDI integrates self-developed "light" series products and constructs a smart construction management and control system. With the help of the large framework system of "digitalization design control, digitalized project control, digitalized on-site control, and digitalized operation control", we strengthen the overall control of the project construction with overall promotion and refined management, so as to support the high-quality construction of the project with the systematic digital technologies platform. Since the initial stage of the design, the system has been configured with five major segments integrating "light project management, light coordination, light proofreading, light tools and big data platform", a digitalization forward collaborative design platform with more than 100 technical modules, aiming to provide applicable tools for the engineering design process and ensure the high-efficiency, control and delivery of the "source" design. With the integration of design and construction as the goal, we help the comprehensive implementation of pipeline landing, process quality management, fine decoration application and the whole process tracking and control of PC components, by the seamless transfer of design models. At the same time, we ensure the fine management of EPC projects with the digitalized project management platform. With integration of IoT, big data, AI, BIM and other new generation information technologies, we have realized the "Internet + engineering construction" cross-border integration, and created a "light building" smart construction cloud platform by combining the project construction features. We have realized the full lifecycle smart construction by smart management from all aspects, including face recognition attendance records, personnel location, AI identification, environmental monitoring, video monitoring, special equipment monitoring, security monitoring and so on, so as to ensure high-efficiency and safety in the project construction process with digitalization technology. In the operation stage, we monitor with the stress strain of the assembly key structural components, on-site meteorological conditions, structural deformation, change in sediments, etc., so as to ensure smart operation control and management of the project in real time.
