The overall self-adaptive intelligent jacking bridge tower platform, abbreviated as tower crane, is drawn from excavation of construction techniques for high-rise buildings of the enterprise in many years, which rationally configures fulcrums based on the tower column structure of the suspension bridge, aiming to meet the overall requirements of bearing and rapid continuous jacking of the bridge tower platform, and prepare and develop smart hardware in innovative ways. We have independently designed the new self-adaptive support system, the overall self-adaptive frame system, the double-formwork circulating construction system, the intelligent integrated monitoring system and other components. With application in practices, we successfully achieved the effects of reasonable bearing capacity, rapid and continuous jacking, high efficiency and low energy consumption in construction, and awarded a number of scientific and technological achievements both at home and abroad.

The super high-rise residential high-efficiency construction equipment integrated platform system, abbreviated as residence building machine, is lightweight transformed on the basis of the aerial building machine independently researched and developed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, which directly integrates the remote control spreader, safety protection, retractable awning, temporary fire protection, formwork storage yard, power system and other construction facilities and equipment and functions in the construction platform, with light weight, safety, economy, standardization, generalization and other characteristics. At present, it has been awarded a number of science and technology achievements at home and abroad, and put into use in 5 provinces and cities across the country.
