CTB (Cell to Body) technology
CTB (Cell to Body) technology simplifies the body structure and production process. The e-platform 3.0 applying CTB technology has made new breakthroughs in safety, handling, efficiency and aesthetics, giving vehicles stronger performance. CTB technology, by further integrating the battery cover with the body floor, realizes the evolution from the original "sandwich" structure of a battery pack to the "sandwich" structure of a complete vehicle. The power battery system is both an energy body and a structural member. Such integration simplifies the body structure and production process, which is a disruptive change to the traditional body design. CTB technology perfectly presents the long range and large space of vehicles. The volume utilization rate of the CTB battery system is increased to 72%, and the passenger space in a vehicle is increased by 10MM. Moreover, the low-lying shape makes vehicles more stable and enhances vehicles' sporty performance. SEAL applying CTB technology has realized an ultra-low wind resistance of 0.219Cd. At a speed of 200KM/h, the fuel consumption will be reduced by 7% for every 0.1cd reduction in the drag coefficient; and the range can be increased by 7-10km for every 0.01 reduction in the drag coefficient of electric vehicles.

Blade battery
