Multi-stack module integration is compatible with 100-400 kW power output, and multiple systems can also be parallelized to achieve megawatt-level system output. The product achieves a maximum efficiency of 61%, reaching an industry-leading level; The SynRoad H240 system has a peak power of 270 kW, which meets the power requirements of heavy-duty vehicles such as heavy-duty trucks. It covers a wide range of applications and the design standards can cover various scenarios including road transportation, rail transportation, ships, mobile power vehicles, and stationary power generation.
SynStack GI fuel cell stack
SynStack GI fuel cell stack The SynStack GI fuel cell stack, a high-performance flexible graphite bipolar plate stack product, is independently developed by Sinosynergy and is granted with full intellectual property rights. With excellent dynamic variable load performance and low-temperature starting performance, the single cell uniformity is favorable, and its working life exceeds 20,000 hours. The company can customize stacks with the rated power of 6 ~ 84 kW for customers to suit their needs.
SynStack GIII fuel cell stack (before packaging)
SynStack GⅢ fuel cell stack SynStack GⅢ fuel cell stack is the latest generation fuel cell stack product independently developed by Sinosynergy, with performance indicators reaching the level of domestic advanced products. The product features high power output and high power-to-volume ratio, can be started at a low temperature of minus 35 degrees, and has a service life of more than 30,000 hours, meeting the full life cycle needs of commercial vehicles such as heavy-duty trucks.
SynStack GIII fuel cell stack (packaged state)
SynStack GⅢ fuel cell stack SynStack GⅢ fuel cell stack is the latest generation fuel cell stack product independently developed by Sinosynergy, with performance indicators reaching the level of domestic advanced products. The product features high power output and high power-to-volume ratio, can be started at a low temperature of minus 35 degrees, and has a service life of more than 30,000 hours, meeting the full life cycle needs of commercial vehicles such as heavy-duty trucks.
Flexible graphite bipolar plate
Flexible graphite bipolar plate Sinosynergy uses flexible graphite plate as the base material for mould pressing, processing and rapid prototyping, with mature technology and simple technological process, which is applicable to mass production. The company has a production line with an annual output of 2 million pieces of flexible graphite bipolar plates, which can be customized for development and production according to customer needs.
Case presentation

Case of 49-ton hydrogen fuel cell semi-trailer tractor operation
The core power system of the 49-ton hydrogen fuel cell semi-trailer tractors run by Yuhong Chuangneng is developed and produced by Sinosynergy, and the complete vehicles are manufactured by King Long United. On January 20, 2023, the transportation project between Yuhong Chuangneng and Chongqing Steel Group Transportation Co., Ltd. was officially launched. It is understood that the first twenty 49-ton hydrogen fuel cell semi-trailer tractors will be used for urban distribution and factory turnover, which marks the first launch of hydrogen fuel cell semi-trailer tractors on Chongqing market. After the project is launched, Yuhong Chuangneng has helped Chongqing Iron & Steel make new breakthroughs in clean transportation of bulk materials and products, and then become the first enterprise in Chongqing with 100% clean transportation + vehicle transportation meeting national phase VI motor vehicle pollutant emission standards, Chongqing Iron & Steel has also become the first metallurgical enterprise in Sichuan and Chongqing to use hydrogen fuel heavy trucks. In 2023, the proportion of A-level clean transportation of Chongqing Iron & Steel will be further raised, realizing the goal of reducing carbon by 18% year by year.

Case of 31-ton hydrogen fuel cell concrete mixer operation
The core power system of the 31-ton hydrogen fuel cell mixer run by Yuhong Chuangneng is sourced from Sinosynergy, a leader in the domestic hydrogen fuel cell industry, and the complete vehicles are manufactured by Sany Heavy Industry, a leader of special vehicles for construction engineering. Such vehicles can travel more than 450 km after only 20 minutes of hydrogen refueling, and the 31-ton lightweight body combined with a greater agitation capacity can meet the needs of related industries.
In order to promote the building of a green and efficient transportation system and realize high-quality transportation development, in February 2023, the 31-ton hydrogen fuel cell concrete mixer transportation project between Yuhong Chuangneng and Chongqing Construction Engineering Group Logistics Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation. This is the second 31-ton hydrogen fuel cell concrete mixer put into operation in Chongqing. The cooperation with Yuhong Chuangneng is also an important milestone for Construction Engineering Group to help the realization of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".

Case of 4.5-ton hydrogen fuel cell refrigerator van operation
The 4.5-ton hydrogen fuel cell refrigerator trucks run by Yuhong Chuangneng are manufactured by Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group Co., Ltd., and their core power system is developed and produced by Sinosynergy.
Recently, several hydrogen fuel cell refrigerator truck projects between Yuhong Chuangneng and Alex, Shu Qin Jiang and Aunt Qian have officially started operation. It is the best choice for cold chain transportation, especially for fresh food transportation, to use new energy vehicles. As refrigerator trucks are enclosed, it is inevitable that their fuels such as diesel and gasoline will penetrate. Once fresh products are contaminated with the smell of such fuels, the smell cannot volatilize in a short time. Therefore, hydrogen fuel refrigerator trucks are the safest, most environmentally friendly, and most reliable. This move has brought new opportunities for the green and efficient development of cold chain logistics. New energy models represented by Yuhong Chuangeng 4.5-ton hydrogen fuel cell refrigerator van are contributing to social environmental protection and becoming a new intelligent choice to save vehicle operation and use cost and bring economic benefits to users.
