Aluminum-iron composite disc: The brake ring is connected with the cap by a pin to replace the traditional one-piece cast iron brake disc, and it has obvious advantages in light weight, NVH, corrosion resistance, thermal deformation performance and the like.

Steel composite disc: The brake ring is fixed in the circumferential direction through the toothed steel cap, and in the axial direction through the punched and accumulated boss, so as to replace the traditional integrated cast iron brake disc. It has obvious advantages in light weight and NVH.

FNC brake disc: The brake disc is heated to 560-580°C, and a medium containing nitrogen and carbon elements is introduced. Through high-temperature decomposition, nitrogen and carbon atoms penetrate into the surface of the parts to form a compound layer containing nitrogen and carbon elements, which has high hardness, high wear resistance and certain corrosion resistance.
