Anrui Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sanan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (600703), the largest manufacturer of LED chips and integrated circuit chips in China. The Company, incorporated in June 2010, has focused on the intelligent vehicle lighting chain series products with LED as the light source. In November 2013, it was put into operation and began trial-manufacturing. Currently, the Company has 4 manufacturing bases: Anhui Wuhu, Chongqing and Zhejiang Taizhou in China and Birmingham in the UK; and 7 design institutions: Wuhu R&D General Center, Nanjing Circuit Engineering R&D Center, Jinan Software Studio, Huangyan Mold R&D Center, Tianjin and Chongqing Regional R&D Branch Center, London R&D Center, and German Project R&D Center.

The Company mainly designs and produces LED headlights, back combination lights, external lighting lamps, interactive interior and exterior decoration and ambient lighting, full-color and full-power vehicle LED encapsulated light sources, and automotive electronic products related to automotive lighting and perception. The first and second phases of Wuhu Project have built a full-process LED automotive light source and lamp factory, with the production capacity of 100KK LED and 1,500,000 million sets of complete vehicle lamps; and the third phase of the factory will establish a new RD and manufacturing base that covers the vehicle intelligent lighting ecological chain; The first phase of Chongqing base, with the production capacity of 800,000 sets of complete vehicle lamps, serves the factories in northwest and southwest China; The Taizhou base in Zhejiang has the production capacity of 260 sets of precise injection molds and the quick response ability of development process; And the first phase of the Birmingham base, with the production capacity of 400,000 sets of lamps, serves high-end European vehicle models, providing support for luxury brands.
