This is an all-solid high-repetition-frequency high-voltage pulse power supply. Its main circuit adopts a half-bridge solid-state Marx circuit with SiC Mosfet as the main switch. The driving circuit adopts a synchronous driving scheme with negative voltage bias of the magnetic core isolation band, and the MCU provides the charge and discharge control signal. The scheme is based on automotive-grade MCU BAT32A239GK80 from Centigrade Semiconductors. It enables rapid parallel charging control of multi-stage capacitors with low impedance, while also implementing truncation functionality to accelerate the acquisition of square wave pulses at the trailing edge of the pulse. Furthermore, it can achieve wide pulse outputs at a nanosecond scale, making it suitable for generating high-voltage pulse fields. The experimental results show that the pulse power supply can not only output square wave pulse whose voltage amplitude, pulse width and frequency are continuously adjustable, but also has compact structure and stable performance. It is widely used in dielectric barrier discharge, pulsed electric field sterilization, medical ion knife and other fields. The whole unit adopts a fully-domestic product solution, offering a competitive cost-effectiveness ratio.
