TO-247-4L package
High-current applications often require MOSFETs to be used in parallel, thus increasing the design space of the circuit board and cost. Perfectway has launched the TOLL series to meet the needs of higher power density applications. These products are used in DC motor drive systems of electric forklift, electric garden tools, electrical tools, electric vehicles and energy management systems of UPS, power lithium battery protection, and automotive emergency start power supply, etc.
TO-263-7L series
In order to meet the growing demand for high power density products, Perfectway Industrial newly launched TO-263-7L series products. The package is an evolution of the TO-263-2L and offers lower internal and thermal resistance compared to devices with the same volume. This feature can effectively reduce the power consumption of the device itself, and its good heat dissipation ability also enables the device to withstand higher instantaneous high current surges and avalanche surges. TO-263-7L provides customers with better experience in terms of reliability, temperature rise, volume and heat dissipation. It has a good application prospect in DC motor drive systems of electric forklifts, electric garden tools, electric tools, electric vehicles, and energy management systems of UPS, power lithium battery protection, and automotive emergency start, etc.
TOLL series
The TO-247-4L package introduced by Perfectway Industrial solves the problems of traditional TO-247 package in driving oscillation, poor anti-interference and poor EMI. The rearrangement of G, D and S significantly improves various parasitic parameters. In addition to optimizing the switching waveform and peak voltage between D-S, it also increases the switching speed of the device, reduces switching losses by 20%, reduces the requirements for the drive circuit, and increases output power. Asymmetric lead design is also used inside and outside the device, increasing the creepage distance between key pins, which optimizes the soldering experience and helps reduce solder failure. Using the TO-247-4L package will result in higher system efficiency. It has a good user experience in scenarios such as power source, data center power supply and high-power motor drive.

DFN5 * 6 is a PIN-PIN compatible mainstream product, with Cu clip copper sheet technology, large welding surface, strong heat dissipation, and a double-sided heat dissipation packaging design to achieve better heat dissipation performance, meeting the requirements of AEC-Q101.
