Chongqing Teng Hung-chi Creative Invention Education Technology Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Publishing Group signed a contract to publish the series of "Smart Future and Loving Invention" (officially published in August 2022). Teng Hung-chi combined with more than 30 years of experience in invention education and international competition evaluation, led a team for 4 years to tailor the books for primary and secondary schools. The aim is to fully tap the creative potential of teenagers, cultivate their innovative spirit and practical ability, and train them into future "inventors".

Chongqing Teng Hung-chi Creative Invention Education Technology Co., Ltd. and Nan'an District Education Commission of Chongqing City signed a cooperation agreement on innovative science and technology education. Through the implementation of the "Science and Technology Innovation Talent Training Plan", it has built a team of creative invention education teachers with high professionalism and strong teaching ability for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Nan'an District, promoting the accelerated transformation of science and technology education and injecting new vitality into innovative education.

Since 2018, Teng Hung-chi has led teachers and students to participate in international innovation and invention exhibitions held around the world, winning 74 gold awards, 65 silver awards, 29 bronze awards, 54 special awards and 4 "Best Invention Awards" of the Organizing Committee. Letting students "go out" to participate in scientific and technological innovation research and exchange activities refers not only to spatial displacement, but more importantly, letting the participating students experience the cultural differences, personalities and characteristics between different regions. In 2021 and 2022, it hosted the Youth Patent Incubation Exhibition at Smart China Expo for two consecutive years. The Smart China Expo Youth Patent Incubation Exhibition is led by the Taiwan Affairs Office of Chongqing City, co-sponsored by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Municipal Education Commission, the Municipal Science and Technology Association, the Municipal Intellectual Property Office, the Communist Youth League Committee and the People's Government of Nan'an District, jointly undertaken by the Taiwan Affairs Office of Nan'an District, the Nan'an District Science and Technology Bureau and the Taiwan-funded enterprise - Chongqing Teng Hung-chi Creative Invention Education Technology Co., Ltd., and supported by the Youth Science and Technology Innovation Alliance of Sichuan, Chongqing, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. With the theme of "opening and sharing, smart future", taking promoting teenagers' scientific and technological innovation as the cut-in point, taking creative invention as the link, breaking through the impact of epidemic situation and combining online and offline ways, 320 excellent works of creative inventions of teenagers at home and abroad were exhibited, respectively from both sides of Taiwan Straits, Hong Kong and Macao and 26 "Belt and Road" countries, and 11 excellent works were successfully incubated. It shows teenagers' scientific and technological innovation ability and intellectual property protection awareness. It has been highly affirmed by leaders at all levels, producing good social effects, reflecting Chongqing's high attention to youth scientific and technological innovation and expanding the external influence of Smart China Expo. Through the international platform - Smart China Expo, we will publicize intellectual property rights and innovative ideas to young people, show innovative achievements to the society, and promote innovative products to enterprises. Give full play to the resources and advantages of "Belt and Road" countries, both sides of Taiwan Straits and Hong Kong and Macao in the field of youth creative invention and innovation, and promote the integrated development of Chongqing and Taiwan, the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Grand Bay Area and the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing dual-city economic circle.
