China Mobile Chongqing is speeding up the construction of an "information highway". As of June 2023, China Mobile Chongqing has built a total of more than 30,000 5G base stations, realizing continuous coverage of the city proper and important urban areas of districts and counties as well as effective coverage of township central areas, and creating a "city-wide, technologically advanced and high-quality" 5G competitive network. China Mobile Chongqing has set up a technologically advanced data center in Chongqing, with both Shuitu Data Center and Jiangnan Data Center included in the starting area of the data center cluster at the Chengdu-Chongqing hub node. With a total installed capacity of 22,000 units, it is the largest large-scale data center cluster in the region. China Mobile Chongqing finely operates the "information high-speed rail". It undertakes the development of top nodes of the national industrial Internet identifiers, develops its own integrated nodes of industrial Internet identifier resolution, and creates an industrial Internet platform for thousands of industries. By constantly improving its cloud service capability, China Mobile Chongqing has its "Mobile Cloud" Chongqing node possessing a storage capacity of 31P, and has launched more than 270 cloud products, helped more than 20,000 companies and enterprises to "go to the cloud", created a low-delay all-optical network base, and promoted the "one-point access, ready to use" of computing resources. 

In June 2023, China Mobile signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chongqing Municipal People's Government. During the "14th Five-Year Plan", China Mobile will further invest in Chongqing, be heavily involved in the construction of digital Chongqing, give full play to the role of national mobile information modern industrial chain leader, accelerate the development of digital infrastructure such as 5G, computing network and IoT platform, deepen digital empowerment, help improve digital governance capability, strengthen innovation and application of information technology, and promote the pursue of national strategies such as the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and the construction of the new western land-sea passage, making more contributions to the construction of a new modern Chongqing.
