The project displays traffic conditions, traffic events and other data by relying on the visual large screen to realize a comprehensive view of one image and comprehensive monitoring of the real-time area. By means of standard protocol and external private protocol of signal equipment, unified control of different models of signal equipment is realized for the first time nationwide. By fitting multi-directional radar and video information with edge agent, combined with data modeling, digital twins can be quickly synthesized, so as to comprehensively serve the entire scene of urban traffic governance. Through traffic impact prediction and traffic operation monitoring for road occupation construction, traffic organization reconstruction and other projects, project macro simulation, real-time monitoring of project tasks and traffic incident prediction are realized to reduce construction impact. Through the intelligent system integrating facility monitoring, management, operation and maintenance, it realizes electronic filing and real-time monitoring of traffic facilities and equipment, supports hierarchical, divisional and classified management of facilities and equipment, and can realize one-map overview and intelligent supervision on the map.

Three scenes of 5G+L2+I4 high-level automatic driving includes collision prevention in blind area, dynamic road management and automatic driving with high slope and sharp turn along the whole line. The first is collision prevention in blind area. Set up vehicles as obstacles, allow pedestrians to pass through pedestrian crosswalks from behind the obstacles, simulate real driving situations, and respond to sudden situations detected by roadside sensing devices beyond visual range. The second is dynamic road management. Set up obstacle vehicles to simulate the situation of congestion and impassability. The system can detect congestion information from several kilometers away and send it to vehicles, achieving early warning and judgment. At the same time, congestion information is sent to the public through rcs5g messages, and people can learn about road information through mobile messages and make travel plans in advance. In the future, congestion can be reduced from the public level and traffic efficiency can be improved. The third is automatic driving with high slope and sharp turn along the whole line. This scene is selected at the 2.3km section of Mingyue Lake. There are many steep slopes and bends at this section, which is more in line with the characteristics of hilly and mountainous areas in Chongqing. It is also a test for automatic driving. Compared with the 200m distance of single-vehicle driving radar, the perception of blind area in curve is limited, so the vehicle-road coordination can better realize early warning through over-the-horizon perception and global coordination.
