Phytium Tengrui D2000
Phytium Tengyun S2500 integrates a new generation of high-performance processor core FTC663 independently developed by Phytium compatible with ARMv8 instruction set, supporting hardware virtualization, providing industry-leading transaction processing capability and unit power consumption performance, and further enhancing reliability. The product is suitable for high-throughput, high-performance server fields, such as large-scale business hosts, high-performance server systems and large-scale Internet data centers, etc. The product supports commercial and industrial classification. Compared with the FT-2000+/64, the Phytium Tengyun S2500 has a parallel system-on-chip (PSoC) architecture, a data-friendly large-scale consistent storage architecture, and a hierarchical two-dimensional Mesh interconnection network. On the basis of this, it adds large-capacity shared L3 Cache, multi-port high-speed low-latency direct connection, memory mirroring storage reliability enhancement technology, and application-oriented security enhancement technology. Among them, Phytium Tengyun S2500 has 4 direct connection interfaces with a total bandwidth of 800Gbps, supporting 2~8 direct connections, and the Cache coherence protocol is extended from single-channel 64 cores to 8-channel 512 cores.
E2000
E2000 includes three series: E2000Q, E2000D and E2000S. The chip integrates the high-efficiency processor core independently developed by Phytium. E2000Q integrates two FTC664 and two FTC310 cores, E2000D integrates two FTC310 cores, E2000S integrates one FTC310 core, and adopts out-of-order four-emission superscalar pipeline. It is compatible with 64-bit ARMV8 instruction set and supports two execution modes of ARM64 and ARM32, supports single-precision and double-precision floating-point operation instructions and ASIMD processing instructions, and supports hardware virtualization. This product is aimed at cloud terminal, industry tablet, power, rail transit, server BMC, network equipment and intelligent control and other industry fields and scenarios, meeting complex and diverse product application requirements, supporting commercial and industrial classification, with high security, high reliability, low power consumption and other characteristics.

Phytium CPU Helps Chongqing Rail Transit Line 10 Phase II Domestic AFC System's putting into operation. The first four stations of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 10 Phase II are opened for operation, and the remaining four stations will also be opened in the near future. The AFC system supported by the bottom computing power provided by Phytium chip along the whole line has been officially put into use, which indicates that the domestic AFC system has crossed the site-level service limit and realized the full-line networking support service. 
Automatic fare collection system (AFC system) is the most direct interaction system with passengers, which stores a large number of passenger information and financial information, and its security deserves special attention. The AFC system of all stations of this line uses the industrial computer jointly developed by Shucheng Technology and Phytium, and the bottom computing power support is provided by Phytium FT-2000/4. It is the largest domestic rail transit AFC system project built in China at present, and it is also the first rail transit project using domestic AFC system for the whole line. The opening and operation of Phase II of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 10 marks the first time that the AFC system based on Phytium CPU has completed the coverage of the whole section, which will effectively promote the independent and controllable process of the rail transit industry and help the high-quality development of the rail transit industry.
