Introduction: As one of the major events of the Smart China Expo Online 2020, the “Innovating a Digital Future, Pooling Wisdom in Liangjiang”: Huawei Cloud Artificial Intelligence Developer Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is hosted by Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and organized by the Federation of Trade Unions of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and Huawei (Chongqing) Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center. Positioned as an event for artificial intelligence exchanges across the country, the Competition aims to establish an international platform for quality workforce of the digital economy, explore and attract outstanding innovation teams and competent personnel to gather in the Liangjiang New Area to facilitate its efforts in building a smart city, give strong support to the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Corridor, and empower and enrich the Smart China Expo.
