2020 Smart China Expo Online Precautionary Measures for COVID-19

I. Personnel Management

(I) Health management measures of personnel arriving in Chongqing from other provinces/regions/cities of China

 Personnel from medium- and high-risk areas in China. Those who can present a negative result of a COVID-19 nucleic acid test (NAT) issued within seven days before arriving in Chongqing or a green health code that indicates a negative NAT result can move freely and orderly on the premise of normal body temperature and proper personal protection. Those who cannot provide the above-mentioned negative test result shall receive a NAT or be quarantined for 14 days immediately upon arrival in Chongqing. Those who conceal information or represent false information shall bear the legal responsibilities.

 Personnel from low-risk areas in China who hold a green health code can move freely and orderly on the premise of normal body temperature and proper personal protection.

(II) Personnel arriving/returning to Chongqing from Macao Special Administrative Region.

Those who can present a negative result of a COVID-19 nucleic acid test (NAT) issued within seven days before arriving in Chongqing or a green health code that indicates a negative NAT result and have no experience of overseas traveling/residence history within the past 14 days can move freely and orderly on the premise of normal body temperature and proper personal protection.

(III) Other overseas arrivals to Chongqing shall receive a NAT and be quarantined for 14 days in Chongqing immediately upon arrival. Those who conceal information or represent false information shall bear the legal responsibilities.

II. Other Epidemic Prevention and Control Requirements

(I) Two temporary medical service sites are set up at the venue. One is for injuries and sudden non-infectious diseases, and the other one is the temporary quarantine area for suspected infectious diseases.

(II) Body temperature checking points are set up at the entrance of each venue, with automatic temperature checking equipment, supplies for epidemic prevention and cooling items for heat stroke prevention. The health code scanning notice will be put at the entrance. The staff will check whether each visitor wears a mask, presents a green health code and their body temperature. Only those who correctly wear a mask, present a green health code, and have a body temperature <37.3℃ are allowed to enter the venues.

(III) Meals shall be served individually and at different time periods. When eating, please ensure a one-meter distance from each other and avoid talking. Meals shall be packed, delivered and dined separately, no sharing with others.

The above measures shall be adjusted flexibly according to the updated epidemic prevention and control situation in China.
