Introduction: The Competition, themed by “Shaping New Infrastructure for a Shared New Era”, will be held from June to October 2020. The final will be held in Chongqing in September, hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, PRC, and co-organized by Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and IT, Chongqing Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone Administration Committee, CAICT, 5G Applications Industry Array, IMT-2020 (5G) Promotion Group and China Communications Standards Association.

The Competition adopts specialized topic and regional project selection.100 plus 5G projects will be selected into the final. The contest is designed to gather 5G application innovation resources, accelerate building 5G industry innovation platform, create an innovative atmosphere for the 5G industry, promote innovation cooperation in 5G application and boost the high-quality development of related industries.
