Introduction: The Contest, themed by “Blockchain for China”, is hosted by the Organizing Committee of Smart China Expo Online 2020, and co-organized by Chongqing Big Data Application and Development Administration and Chongqing Yuzhong District People’s Government. With Yukuailian (Chongqing Blockchain Platform) as technical support, the Contest is designed to collect high-quality blockchain resources, select excellent solutions for blockchain application, and enable Chongqing to develop into a pioneer of the blockchain industry and a smart city.

Contestants can decide their own research direction from 12 given topics in digital economy/finance/society to explore technology solutions that are applicable in real-world scenarios. The Contest will go through a number of stages, such as the preliminary selection, semi-final, investment matchmaking, and final. It is committed to building a professional event with wide influence at home and abroad.

According to the contest rules, Top10 teams will be awarded a total of RMB 1 million. Moreover, “Investors Night” will be held together with several investment institutions. Top 20 contestants in this event will have the opportunity to obtain a totaling RMB 50 million as investment incentives.
