"Lingyou Intelligent Guarding Platform" is an intelligent fine management service and judicial auxiliary system for special groups jointly developed by Southwest University of Political Science & Law, Chongqing Public Security Bureau and Chongqing Mathematician Technology Co., Ltd. Using big data, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, it has created four core functions of "intelligent grading early warning, intelligent follow-up assistance, intelligent assessment and evaluation, and intelligent medical assistance", and created a community-based intelligent monitoring and early warning mechanism to reduce social security risks.
Service system and service platform for letters and visits involving litigation
In view of the problems of separation of complaints and visits, auxiliary guidance of complaints and visits, evaluation of handling effect and abnormal handling process involved in the handling of complaints and visits from multiple sources, a service system and service platform for letters and visits involving litigation led by the people's court have been constructed, breaking through key technologies such as intelligent control of complaints and visits process, accurate risk identification and intelligent decision support for complaints and visits, and building a comprehensive service platform. It aims to effectively support the intelligent decision support of the core link in the whole process of "acceptance-trial-review-evaluation" of multi-source complaint letters and visits. Risk early warning and response of major letters and visits based on the feedback link of "monitoring identification-decision-evaluation". The prototype demonstration application was carried out in 5 courts in Chongqing City so as to support the deepening and popularization of intelligent application of smart court. This project is the achievement of a key R&D plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2018.
