Intelligent tool holder
The application of sensing monitoring technology to the cutting process has become the most realistic solution for enterprises to "improve quality, reduce costs and increase efficiency". Real machining data can be obtained by measuring cutting force, cutting vibration and cutting temperature in real time, so as to realize machining state monitoring and machining process optimization. The intelligent tool holder is the research achievement of the national key R&D plan project "Complete Clean Cutting Technology and Demonstration Application of Typical Aerospace Material Parts" (Project No. 2020YFB2010500). The tool holder integrates force, vibration and temperature sensors to sense the cutting state in situ in real time, respond quickly to abnormal cutting states such as tool chipping and tool breaking, and accurately predict tool wear. The cutting state data can be uploaded to the intelligent manufacturing system, and the intelligent optimization of the machining process and the intelligent control of the machining process can be realized through intelligent algorithms. The intelligent tool holder sampling frequency ≥2.5KHz, measurement accuracy ±2.5%MBE, repeatability ±1.5%MBE, minimum acceleration ≥15g, continuous working time ≥12 hours, maximum speed 12,000 rpm.
Intelligent micro-lubrication system
Micro-lubrication is the use of the minimum amount of cutting fluid to achieve the best cutting effect; it is a metal processing lubrication method. It can improve the processing quality, reduce production costs, reduce environmental pollution and damage to the body of workers, is a green processing method. The existing micro-lubrication system usually needs to manually adjust the oil consumption and the gas consumption according to the cutting working conditions by virtue of experience, and cannot adapt to the working conditions of multi-process and multi-tool variable cutting parameters, so that insufficient cooling affects the product quality, or excessive cooling causes waste, and cannot adapt to the needs of future intelligent manufacturing. The intelligent micro-lubrication system is the research achievement of the national key R&D plan project "Complete Clean Cutting Technology and Demonstration Application of Typical Aerospace Material Parts" (Project No. 2020YFB2010500). The system adopts continuous liquid supply technology of double plunger pump to realize oil-water-gas three-phase combination to form oil-water mist, and digitally adjust gas pressure, lubricating oil consumption and water consumption to meet the needs of different cutting conditions. The system is linked with CNC machine tools, and the automatic matching of cutting parameters and micro-lubrication parameters of multi-tool and multi-process can be realized by setting the formula, which can realize green intelligent manufacturing. The gas pressure adjustment range is 0.1~0.6Mpa, the lubricating oil consumption adjustment range is 8~120ml/h, and the water consumption adjustment range is 8~240ml/h.
