1. Company profile

Founded in 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 111 million, Chongqing Terui focuses on the R&D, production and sales of lithium battery cathode materials. In March 2016, it established a wholly-owned subsidary-Chongqing Terui New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 268 million, covering a floor area of 1,150 mu and a reserved construction area of 1,000 mu. Its existing building area is about 110,000 m2. Currently, 37 production lines of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials are in operation, whichhas formed an annual production capacity of 130,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate. It is a national new technology enterprise and a national "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in Specialized Innovation. The company has three kinds of lithium iron phosphate battery cathode material production process, iron oxide, iron phosphate and lithium phosphate, and its iron oxide production process is at the world's leading level.

It has three holding companies: Chongqing Teruiyuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Chongqing Terui New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Tianhai Battery Materials Co., Ltd., which are responsible for technology development, manufacturing and supply of important raw materials,respectively. 3. Development course

In 2007, Terui was established;

In 2011, obtained the qualification of high-tech enterprise;

In 2011, lithium iron phosphate was industrialized, with an annual production capacity of 1000 tons;

In 2013, the Company completed the shareholding system transformation;

In 2015, the Company passed the quality management system and environmental management system certification;

From February to March 2016, Terui New Energy (wholly-owned) and Tianhai Battery Materials (holding) were successively established;

In 2016, the first phase construction started;

In March 2017, the Company set up a Chongqing City "postdoctoral workstation";

In August 2017, 11 semi-automatic production lines with an annual output of 15,000 tons were put into operation in Phase I;

In September 2018, Terui New Energy passed the IATF16949 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification;

In December 2018, the Company was certified by Chongqing City "Lithium Ion Battery Cathode Material Engineering Technology Center";

In August 2020, the registered capital increased to RMB 111.45 million;

In September 2021, 4 automatic production lines with an annual output of 14,000 tons were put into operation in Stage I of the Phase II Project;

In July 2021, it won the title of national "Little Giant" for Specialized Innovation;

In September 2021, it was supported by the National Common Technology R&D Center and received financial support from the central budget;

In October 2021, Phase III of the Project commenced;

In March 2022, 6 automatic production lines of 21,000 tons were put into operation in Stage II of Phase II;

In December 2022, 16 digital production lines with an annual output of 80,000 tons in Phase III were put into operation; The Company now has an annual production capacity of 130,000 tons.

4. R&D team

The company holds more than 50 patents, including 16 invention patents. There are more than 100 R&D technicians, covering materials science and engineering, material processing engineering, chemical engineering and technology, applied chemistry, non-ferrous metal metallurgy, metal material engineering and other professional fields, forming a professional technology R&D team mainly composed of doctors and masters.

The Company has scientific research and technology development platforms such as Chongqing City Enterprise Technology Center, Postdoctoral Scientific Research Workstation, Chongqing Lithium Battery Cathode Material Engineering Technology Research Center, Chongqing Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Technology R&D Center, etc. It is an independent legal person new enterprise R&D institution in Chongqing; It has physical and chemical testing center, battery testing laboratory, research and development of more than 200 testing equipment; It has established close industry-university-research cooperation relationship with Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing University of Technology, Chongqing University, Chongqing University of Science and Technology and other scientific research institutes, and always maintains cutting-edge technology in the industry.

The Company passed IATF169492016 quality management system for the first time in 2018, and continued to pass the annual supervision audit and renewal audit. The Company's lithium iron phosphate cathode materials TR100, TR200 and TR700 cover electric vehicles, energy storage, 5G base stations, low-speed power tools and other application fields. The Company's customers are all over the country.

VI. Honors and care

The Company's Chairman Qiu Xiaowei was elected as the Representatives of Chongqing Municipal People's Congress and the first "Specialized Innovation" outstanding entrepreneur of Chongqing Municipality.
