Chongqing Terui was established in 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 111 million.

It focuses on the R&D, production and sales of cathode materials for lithium batteries. In March 2016, it established a wholly-owned subsidary-ChongqingTerui New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 268million, covering a floor area of 1,150 mu and a reserved construction area of1,000 mu. Its existing building area is about 110,000 m2. Currently, 37production lines of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials are in operation, whichhas formed an annual production capacity of 130,000 tons of lithium ironphosphate. It is a national new technology enterprise and a national "Little Giant" Enterprise for Specialized Innovation. It has three holding companies: Chongqing Teruiyuan NewMaterials Technology Co., Ltd., Chongqing Terui New Energy Materials Co., Ltd.and Chongqing Tianhai Battery Materials Co., Ltd., which are responsible fortechnology development, manufacturing and supply of important raw materials,respectively. The company’s scale is increasing day by day.
