Established in December 2015, Alnera Aluminium Co., Ltd. has full or partial ownership of three subsidiaries: Chongqing Aluminum Times Technology Co., Ltd., Alnera Aluminium Precision Technology Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Jiugu Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It has more than 2,400 employees, with a registered capital of over RMB 70 million and total assets of about RMB 2 billion.

The company owns all of its products' intellectual property rights. By December 31, 2022, it had 99 patents in total, with 10 of them being invention patents and another 21 invention patents pending. These patents cover the key aspects of the production process and product structure design for new energy vehicle power cell system components, such as cell box cases and cell shells.
As the domestic manufacturer using the aluminum alloy extrusion process, FSW, and other new technologies to produce cell box cases, the company has become the earliest and largest supplier of cell box cases for BYD's new energy vehicles and has established a long-term stable cooperative relationship with it. It has gradually established partnerships with various downstream OEMs in the new energy industry, including Geely Auto, BYD, Toyota, Denza, SERES, Sunwoda, Leapmotor, Changan Automobile, NIO, Guoxuan Hi-Tech, Honeycomb Energy, SAIC Maxus, Ruipu Lanjun, and many power cell manufacturers. 
The company has achieved industry leadership in production and operation scale, process equipment level, product R&D capabilities, quality control, and product delivery capabilities through years of development, innovation, and technology advancement. It has received various honors, such as "Specialized, Refined, Unique, Innovative Enterprise in Chongqing", "Chongqing High-tech Enterprise", "Chongqing Fuling District Top Ten Innovative Enterprises", "Chongqing Digital Workshop", "Chongqing Enterprise Technology Center", "Chongqing City Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Team", and more.
