The company now has more than 2,800 employees. 650 of them are researchers. The company is a labor-intensive as well as a national high-tech enterprise. The Company’s production and manufacturing system is based on an industrial park for automotive electronics. It has an annual production capacity of 8 million sets of automotive instruments, more than 2,000 production line employees, and a manufacturing workshop throughout the entire industrial chain. Besides, the Company has a fully independent R&D team, with a R&D system centering on 4 research institutes and 1 specialized laboratory in Suihua, Harbin, Dalian and Nanyang, South Korea. The laboratory is mainly used for the verification of electromagnetic compatibility performance, as well as the environmental and mechanical reliability of materials and electronic products. It greatly improves the R&D speed, allowing mass production of products.

The Company has 102 patents, including 18 invention patent and 1 international patent. The technology accumulated over the years has been transformed into more than 800 kinds of products. The Company produces supporting automotive instrument displays and other products for more than 40 domestic and foreign customers such as Hyundai of South Korea, Peugeot of France, Wuling, Geely, Chang’an, etc., and currently owns 15% market share in the domestic automotive instrument industry.
