Chongqing Bestwin New Energy Co., Ltd. was established on August 4, 2023, with a registered capital of 40
million yuan. It is located in the High tech Zone of Tongnan District, Chongqing, and is investing in the construction
of a new energy circular technology industrial park. The total investment scale is 21 million yuan, covering a total
area of 500 acres, a total construction area of 462,844 square meters, and the project has achieved revenue of 5
billion yuan after reaching production capacity.
As a representative enterprise specializing in creating a closed-loop industry chain for the aftermarket of new
energy batteries, the company's joint founding team covers multiple senior experts/scholars from the automotive,
insurance, power battery recycling industries, and leading universities in new energy material technology. With rich
experience and deep cultivation of resources in the field of new energy, battery material research, and large-scale
enterprise management, the company fully integrates front-end (network+recycling), mid-range (remanufacturing
and cascade utilization) , backend (battery recycling) layout, creating a closed-loop circular industry ecological
chain, Covering five major business segments: new energy vehicle maintenance network, new energy vehicle
and waste lithium battery recycling transactions, new energy vehicle precision disassembly and key component
remanufacturing, battery cascade utilization pack restructuring, and battery material regeneration; Specifically. Five
major centers will be constructed: a new energy recycling center (with an annual recycling of 10GWH waste batteries and 50000 scrapped new energy vehicles), a new energy vehicle precision disassembly and core componenremanufacturing center (with an annual processing of 50000 vehicles), a battery disassembly, capacity division, and
testing center (with an annual 20GWH lithium battery), a lithium battery cascade utilization manufacturing center
(with an annual 10GWH lithium battery), and a lithium battery recycling production center (with an annual capacity
of 200000 tons of waste batteries).
We focuses on the management of the entire vehicle and battery life cycle, forming a closed-loop ecosystem
of the industrial chain, maximizing resource recycling, energy conservation, and environmental protection. It is committed to building a leading base for the automotive aftermarket and key component remanufacturing in Chongqing
and the Southwest region, and becoming a demonstration base for green and sustainable development in the
Southwest region.
