The Xi'an New Energy Vehicle Electronics Industrial Base is located on Fengwu Road, Huyi District, Xi'an. It covers an area of 73.8 mu with a total construction area of 110,000 square meters. The project focuses on new energy vehicle electronics, automotive interior components and the automotive aftermarket as its main industries. It also attracts industries such as information technology, instrumentation, precision machining and new materials. This base is a project to revitalize idle assets. In 2021, with strong support and promotion from the Huyi District Committee and Government of Xi'an City, the Xi'an Auto Parts Industrial Park revitalized and transformed an idle pharmaceutical industrial park project to create the New Energy Vehicle Electronics Industrial Base. On February 8, 2022, during the key project commencement event of the first quarter in Xi'an, the groundbreaking ceremony was held at the site of the New Energy Vehicle Electronics Industrial Base project. Leaders including Fang Hongwei, member of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Xi'an Municipal Party Committee, as well as the main leaders of the Municipal People's Congress, Municipal Government and Municipal Committee of CPPCC attended the event and witnessed the commencement of the project.

This project consists of a 5-story industrial building in a concave shape. Each floor is divided into 7 independent units for a total of 35 units. The space is flexibly combinable with high utilization rates, complete supporting facilities and quick enterprise occupancy, meeting diversified needs for research and development, production and office space. The project is adjacent to the Xi'an High-tech Zone, 45 kilometers away from Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, and has 5 highway entrances and exits within a 10-kilometer radius, forming a comprehensive transportation network including railways, aviation and highways.
