Shunqu Power was incorporated in Shanghai in November 2019. It is a high-tech company in the field of new energy vehicles relying on strong R&D strength and market development capability. In May 2020, the Company moved into Helian Industrial Park, Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The Company is committed to the R&D, production and sales of drive motors and other related products for medium and high-end new energy vehicles. After three years of rapid development, the Company has achieved the production capacity of 250,000 motors/year, has applied for (owned) 7 invention patents and 23 utility model patents, so as to provide strong support for independent R&D and technological innovation. The core product of the Company is 10-layer flat wire hairpin drive motor. After Tesla, the Company has built the intelligent flexible 10-layer flat wire motor automatic production line for the second in the world and the first with independent intellectual property rights in China. The production line adopts intelligent flexible equipment and software systems such as rapid line molding, automatic layering integration torsion, and high-precision laser welding, reaching the international advanced level.

The Company implements the strict quality management system, has passed IATF16949, ISO14001 and other system certification, and successfully provides supporting services for United Automotive Electronic Systems Co., Ltd. (UAES), Changan, Chery, Geely, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Dongfeng and other domestic first-tier vehicle enterprises and Tier 1 suppliers.

The Company realized taxable sales of RMB 81 million in 2021 and RMB 170 million in 2022, and is expected to realize taxable sales of RMB 450 million in 2023 and RMB 1 billion in 2024.
