Chongqing Hongrui Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. established its presence in the Network Security Industry City in August 2017. The Company occupies an area of approximately 75 mu, with a first-phase factory space of 18,000 square meters. The Company primarily designs, manufactures and sells automotive door limiters and hinge products. It currently possesses over 120 pieces of machinery, including 4 automated devices, a research and development team of 25 people, and more than 36 patents, including inventions and utility models. The Company holds designations as a high-tech enterprise, an enterprise technology center, a small and medium-sized enterprise technology research and development center, an intellectual property advantage enterprise, an intellectual property compliance enterprise, an integration of informatization and industrialization compliance enterprise, and a specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprise. With over 300 employees, the Company has an annual production capacity of 5 million sets of limiters and 2 million sets of hinges. The Company specializes in the design, development and manufacturing of door limiters and body hinges. During the project development process, it undertakes the full cycle from product development and design, data release, prototype manufacturing to mass production, based on the design concepts provided by the complete vehicle enterprises. The limiter products are categorized into three platforms: A, B and C, following the concepts of standardization and platformization, with structural forms including metal spring and rubber block types. The hinge products encompass five categories: door hinges, luggage compartment hinges, engine compartment hinges, sliding door hinges and electric sliding door hinges.
