The company was established in October 2004, with a current registered capital of 90 million yuan. It has six wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Chongqing Tenghai Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. Yongchuan Branch, Hefei Tenghai Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., Nanjing Tenghai Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., Baoding Mingde Automotive Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shandong Saihai Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Saihai Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., with a total of 9 production bases. The revenue in 2022 is RMB 1.34 billion. 

The company has always adhered to the strategic policy of producing one generation, researching and devel￾oping one generation, and reserving one generation. Currently, it is comprehensively promoting the construction of intelligent manufacturing based on informatization, intelligence, and lean manufacturing, and promoting the "three generations and three modernizations" work to various bases.
