CEC Great Wall Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a specialized subsidiary under China Electronics Corporation (CEC), focusing on the "secure, advanced, and environmentally friendly autonomous computing industry". It is the main force in the construction of China's "PKS" autonomous computing system and the independent innovation force of network information technology. 

As the leader of China's independent security computing industry, CEC Great Wall has developed the first Chinese microcomputer with independent intellectual property rights, the first computer hard disk, the first terminal ASIC chip, the first display, the first optical fiber converter, the first light pen graphic display terminal, etc. It is one of the drafting entities for a series of national and industry standards in fields including computers, power supplies, high-tech electronics, financial informatization, and medical informatization in China.
