China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd., also known as CCEED, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, a Fortune 500 enterprise. It's formerly a directly affiliated enterprise of the Ministry of Construction and Engineering of the People's Republic of China, which was founded in 1952. In 1966, it was reorganized into the Infrastructure Engineering Corps under the orders of the Central Military Commission and the State Council. In September 1983, it was collectively reorganized into the current enterprise, and in December 2007, it was reorganized as China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd. In 2019, it ranked 8th among the top 100 enterprises in Shanghai. It has successively won the titles such as "National Customer Satisfaction Enterprise", "National Quality and Benefit Advanced Construction Enterprise", and "National Contract-honoring and Promise-keeping Enterprise".
