Company Profile：Chongqing Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Technology Development Center (Chongqing Building Energy Conservation Center), established in 1989, is a directly affiliated institution of the Chongqing Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Commission and the technical support organization for intelligent construction work. It is responsible for promoting the development of intelligent construction in the industry, designing intelligent construction systems, compiling technical standards, tackling key technologies, and organizing demonstrations of technical product projects. At the same time, it takes the lead in formulating the development plan for the modern architecture industry in Chongqing, the scientific and technological innovation plan for housing and urban-rural construction, and undertakes research projects such as the "Research and Application Demonstration of Intelligent Construction Technology Route and Technology System in Chongqing". It compiles technical standards such as "Construction Technology Standards for Intelligent Perception Facilities" and "Construction and Evaluation Standards for Smart Construction Sites", and has won awards such as the Science and Technology Innovation Award for Urban and Rural Construction and the Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award multiple times.
